Great dealership experience. Everyone was friendly. Spent time with us and didn't make us feel rushed even though we were just starting to look. We were upfront not ready to buy at that this point and just starting to look around. We were still welcomed and treated very well. We will be back if/when we decide to go the Mazda route.

I purchased a new Mazda last week from Josh Cappo. It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Josh was very knowledgeable about the vehicle so he made it easy for me to make the purchase decision. Josh’s Father, Gene Cappo, is the General Manager, and he did all the paperwork and explained the factory warranty. I would highly recommend doing business with Direct Mazda.

We decided it was time for a new car and went to Mazda Direct in Fostoria Ohio. The entire staff was very helpful, friendly and pleasant to work with. There was a nice selection of vehicles and the team made it a great experience. Rosalinda was very helpful in the sales process and knew how to help me customize the settings on our new Mazda. I highly recommend them!

We went in to buy a truck test drove 2 trucks and loved the second which was a dodge rebel. Rose was amazing and so friendly and helpful. We would buy again
