I have had nothing but good experiences at this dealership. Both the sales and service departments have always been honest, friendly, helpful, and communicative. Their prices for products and services are very fair. Highly recommended.

Every time I go into Mazda Direct every single person goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. They answer all of my questions thoroughly and in terms I can understand. I am a repeat customer at Mazda Direct for the reasons I listed above!

Great dealership experience. Everyone was friendly. Spent time with us and didn't make us feel rushed even though we were just starting to look. We were upfront not ready to buy at that this point and just starting to look around. We were still welcomed and treated very well. We will be back if/when we decide to go the Mazda route.

I purchased a new Mazda last week from Josh Cappo. It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Josh was very knowledgeable about the vehicle so he made it easy for me to make the purchase decision. Josh’s Father, Gene Cappo, is the General Manager, and he did all the paperwork and explained the factory warranty. I would highly recommend doing business with Direct Mazda.
